Exploring the Psychosocial Characteristics and Systematic Support of Academically Maladjusted Students

The purpose of this study was to explore the psychosocial characteristics academically maladjusted students and College's current status regarding academic maladjustment based on 4-year medical student cohort data collected from 2018 2021 through interviews with 10 education experts using integrated research method. This included 223 who consented inclusion in participated emotional behavior test college adaptability whom 65 experienced maladjustment. Academically had significantly higher scores for social stress, anxiety, sense inadequacy, attention, hyperactivity, school maladjustment, lower relationships parents, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-strength. Academic integrity, stability, university satisfaction, service satisfaction were all than non-maladjusted group. expert indicated that mainly recognized as a personal problem, causes such lack motivation learning methods, vulnerability alienation, support family, insufficient resilience. Systematic other counseling is required, an early diagnosis preventive intervention are important.
